Are you a tech-savvy, growth-driven digital nomad who wants to take our digital acquisition to the next level? As our Digital Growth Specialist, your responsibility is to increase awareness and drive growth through paid and non-paid channels. You have a strong background in performance marketing and advertising and have lots of experience in CRM and email automation.

We are a small company that has grown rapidly over the last 10 years. Today, we have surf camps in 10 different destinations around the world, giving 10 000 international guests every year an unforgettable experience.

And who are you?

We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy and analytical person with a clear KPI focus who can take our digital acquisition and growth to the next level.

A proven track record of working with growth and performance marketing, CRO, customer journey and digital acquisition is key, together with an analytical mindset, sharp project manager skills and a passion for continuous improvement based on metrics and data. You also have genuine interest and experience in tech and AI tools, and you are using them in your day to day life.

To succeed in this role, you have a test-and-learn approach, strong analytical skills, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a driven self-starter who takes full responsibility for delivering results. You have a bigger-picture view and will have the freedom to use different channels in acquisition and retention to reach company KPIs.

You are highly organized and can navigate in a complex environment of different channels, markets and destinations - but are also very flexible and can quickly change perspective, strategy and means if necessary.  

You will be working closely with our Head of e-commerce & digital business and with our content team to ensure our ads, emails, landing pages etc. are always top-notch.

As a person, you are a curious problem-solver and you always find a solution to challenges that come your way. If you are a digital nomad who appreciates flexible working hours & places, has a genuine interest in surfing and travelling and loves to work in an international, high-paced environment you’ll be perfect for the role.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and improve a scalable funnel over different channels

  • Understand top-level OKRs to deliver results with bigger-picture thinking rather than just report on set campaigns and KPIs

  • Develop and manage the performance marketing through Google Ads and social media platforms for all markets

  • Increase our community/subscriber base and be the owner of our CRM and email marketing initiatives to increase retention

  • Plan, execute and follow up on SEO link-building initiatives

  • Continuously analyze performance in GA4, Looker studio etc. to improve performance and conversion for both top-level and campaign-specific KPIs

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, digital technologies and best practices in paid search, social media advertising and email marketing to identify new opportunities

Skills & requirements
  • Extensive experience in performance marketing and growth using different channels

  • Strong experience in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.

  • Excellent skills to reach and engage the right audience with different forms of content

  • Performance mindset and strong analytical skills - looking to understand, optimize and improve and take decisions based on data. You know how to use different tools and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

  • Highly organized with good project management skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics 4

  • Experience in CRM and email marketing

  • Marketing background with an understanding of how the different marketing channels work together and preferably a good eye for content and communication

  • Driven, self-motivated, responsible and enjoy working in a high-paced environment 

  • Fluent in English and preferably one other European language
